Abdul Majid 25 Urban Residence
Rebuilt from scratch after the client’s original no-code site had zero SEO value. A fully custom WordPress site was developed using hand-written PHP — no theme, no plugin. Technical SEO was embedded at every level: semantic structure, schema markup, and keyword-targeted copy. A live CMS dashboard was also built to manage room status, tenants, and bookings — connected to a public room availability page with automatic WhatsApp notification and a guest prospect log. Occupancy grew consistently, attracting tenants from Korea, Japan, France, and Singapore through organic search alone.

Website built entirely from scratch using hand-written HTML, CSS, and PHP — no framework, no CMS, no template. On-page SEO was engineered into every element before the first line of content: semantic heading structure, structured data markup, optimised meta tags, and clean load performance. The site ranked #6 on Google and #2 on Bing for “Nasi Kebuli Depok” on the day it was first indexed — zero paid promotion, zero domain history.

The site was originally built and ranked on Page 1 with SEO-optimised copy. After the client replaced content with their own version, rankings fell to page 5. A full on-page SEO audit identified which signals had been lost. Content was restructured to restore keyword alignment, heading hierarchy, and semantic relevance — returning the site to Page 1 on Google and Bing. A clear demonstration of how directly content structure drives organic ranking.

After submit, the page shows available room types and pricing — Deluxe (3 rooms) · Rp 5.800.000 — with a direct WhatsApp button. One submit triggers two actions: result shown to visitor, data sent to owner’s WhatsApp simultaneously.

The same submit sends a formatted WhatsApp message to the owner — name, phone, check-in date, and available rooms, automatically.
